Who is BMPM?

BMPM is a specialty independent contractor that specializes in assisting companies to fill the gaps as needed with professional experienced estimating and project management. After a short form contract is executed and an hourly rate is agreed upon, BMPM can get to reading construction drawings, preparing bid packages, and sending out bid invites to qualified subcontractors.

What do we do?

BMPM can prepare construction schedules, schematic, DD and CD construction budgets, as well as competitive bid and negotiated budgets. BMPM is familiar with both Lump Sum and GMP contract delivery methods and can structure estimates accordingly. BMPM has extensive experience with detailed estimating, utilizing allowances, subcontractor budgets, and in-house pricing as needed for a complete estimate.

Where is BMPM Located?

BMPM is located in South San Francisco 10 minutes from SFO. We have experience working in numerous municipalities throughout the Bay area as far as Sacramento to the East, Novato to the North and San Jose to the South. BMPM has also helped other US Based construction firms in other cities, Baton Rouge for example.

BRANDON MURPHY

Brandon Murphy is the CEO and a Senior Project Manager and Estimator. He has been working in the construction industry 17 years after graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Engineering

OSMAN
CHIM-VILLAGRAN

Osman is an Estimator and Project Manager. Raised in San Francisco, he attended California State University Sacramento and graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Osman has worked in the construction Industry for 15+ years, working with family businesses and larger General Contractors.
